He was diagnosed with Pannus a couple of weeks ago, and the vet said no more long outdoor tracking sessions without serious UV protection. I was worried he’d constantly try to scratch them off his face, but he’s resting his head right on my lap here perfectly content while I adjust the straps. The colorful reflective lenses look great and the deep nose bridge fits his Mal/Shepherd snout perfectly without putting pressure on his eyes.

Finding goggles that actually fit a long-haired black German Shepherd without crushing his ears or sliding down his nose is nearly impossible. These sit perfectly right on his snout, and the foam padding means they don’t dig into his skin. We do a lot of tracking in open, overgrown fields where the weeds and burs are head-high, and these have completely stopped his eyes from getting scratched up and red.

I just unboxed these and the quality right out of the package is honestly impressive. The rainbow reflective lenses look amazing in person, and the frame has a really nice, sturdy weight to it without feeling overly heavy. The foam padding lining the inside is super soft, so I can tell it’s going to be comfortable on my dog's face and won't rub his skin raw. The elastic straps are thick, heavy-duty, and feel like they’ll actually hold up to a lot of adjustments. Can't wait to test them out on our next trail run

The padded seal around the eyes makes all the difference compared to cheaper models we tried. The reflective lens is great for bright, direct sun on our midday hikes. He wears them for 3-hour hikes without trying to claw them off, so they get 5 stars for comfort.

We have a massive concrete yard that gets completely baked by the sun, and the glare was making his eye irritation so much worse on bright days. I was worried the straps would slip down his neck since he’s mostly white with a slimmer head structure, but they tighten up beautifully behind his ears and under his chin. He can actually hang out outside on his mat now with his mouth open, totally relaxed, without squinting the whole time.
