At MIDELLO, we work with trusted international warehouses and fulfillment partners across Europe and internationally to provide competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination country and shipping conditions.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and product type.

Taxes & Duties: Customers within the European Union will normally not experience additional customs charges. For orders shipped outside the EU, local import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on local regulations.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package throughout the delivery process.

📦 Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected or accepted by the customer and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee to cover actual costs incurred.

Customers who wish to return an order should first accept delivery and then contact our support team to initiate an official return request.

⚠️ Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the packaging and the product.

  • Take clear photos before opening the package if possible.
  • Keep all packaging materials.
